Full Description

Semi-detached property with extension. Many interesting features such as bay [bow] window and decorative fronting. (1)
OS indicates building was built including its extention between 1900 and 1938. House is certainly unusual in comparison with the rest of the neighbourhood. Painted cream, this somewhat obscures the brick however there are a number of nice original features still on view. The fan light above the door as well as the original sills and slate roof cover are still visible. The decorative roof top is also an original feature. The extention is in keeping with the general architecture of both the house and the houses surrounding it. It incorporates a nice circular centrepiece and a nice decorative top to the wall. The painting of Robin Hood however does not add to the attractiveness of the building. The windows are UPVC. (NCC notes on 1)
