Full Description
Dating from at least 1900. Proximity to brick works would lend support to the theory that they may have been houses built for habitation of work overseers (?) Buildings are now rendered, with UPVC windows. Roof is original slate. (1)
Date plaque to gable end reads HC 1872. (Street View April 2019, observation by JB 2020).
Pair of cottages are Locally Listed by Ashfield District Council (ADC Ref: 752) (1).
