Built in 1876.
Locally Listed by Ashfield District Council (ADC Ref: 600) (1).
Now a comercial garage, majority of the front has been removed and replaced by a garage door. Unrendered brick and string course. Windows have been bricked or closed up. Dentil eave. (NCC comments on 1)
Street View (May 2009) shows large opening inserted to front elevation with industrial roller shutter, accessed by JB (NCC) 2020.
