Full Description

OS confirms the building was built after 1901. Original brick building with a great deal of stonework throughout. Designated a pubilc house from at least 1938 the building could well have been a pub for over 100 years (excellent opportunity to tie the pub in with heritage ale trails if there is evidence of this) Original sash windows on first floor in need of a coat of paint. Dentil sting course. Area above side door where fan light would have been now replaced by ventilation fan with smaller glass panes. Cornelled eave. Fan light above the main door. Original roofing material. (1)
