One of the oldest - if not the oldest - farms in Sutton. Now squeezed by neighbouring developments, it once served the whole of Sutton town with farm produce. Completely rendered hiding any original detail. Roof looks original, rise and fall bracket to hold the guttering. Excellent potential for social interest but as it is the building needs a lot of restoration work.
Street View (accessed 2020) shows new roof installed between Oct 2009 and and May 2011, though original rood in good order in 2009, rise and fall gutter brackets removed and not reinstated. Ground floor window infilled between May 2011 and June 2015, when the building was rendered. New render showing signs of damp and cracking by 2018. Solar panels and conservatory erected to the rear.
