Full Description

Cast iorn sewer vent pipe complete with crown. Part of Victorian engineering to ensure sewer gases could be vented as safe height. Sewer gas was very damaging to the sewer structures. (1)
Locally Listed by Ashfield District Council (ADC Ref: 724) (1).
Appears to have been removed at some point between 2009 and 2011 (Street View 2009 and 2011 Observation by JEB, NCC).
