INTEGRITY - The buildings represent multiple periods of development as a complete development.
ASSOCIATION - Harold Larwood/Bill Voce played cricket and frequented the establishment. The last visit to the UK by Larwood being recorded there in 1970's. Both cricketers are celbrated in other parts of the district.
