Full Description

Two-storey brick house, rendered at front. Clay pantile roof. Two brick chimney stacks (one with modern brickwork above the roofline) each with a clay pot. Dentilated eaves at front. Wooden replacement casement windows. Wooden front door with decorative wooden v-shaped open porch. Flemish bond brickwork. One 's' shaped tie plate showing at the back, and a circular tie plate on the front elevation. Rainwater goods - half round, green-painted plastic. Two roof lights at the rear. The current owner said he thought the cottage to date from the seventeenth century. It has a stone interior staircase, wattle and daub interior walls and ceilings with exposed beams.
