Full Description
An IA coin found at Halloughton "apparently before 1922" is now in NCM. It was presented by Mr Wm Harrop of Nottingham. (2)
An IA Gold stater was found in Halloughton... One side is plain; on the other is a simulated horse and chariot. Described as "Evans B8; Mack 27; Allen Gallo-Belgic E", its weight of 95.4 grains suggests it to be early of its type (c 75 BC). (3)
Stater retained by Castle Museum. No siting evidence available from museum records. (4)
