Full Description

Brick-built former school. Windows have stone cills and hoodmoulds under brick arches with tripartite multi-pane sashes with horns. Black brick band coping to plinth. Extension on west side has uPVC casement window. Timber doors on both side elevations under brick arches. Original slate roof with gabled vent. Mosaic on front elevation for Queen’s Golden Jubilee, added in 2002. (1)

Built before 1883, (2) locally believed to have opened in 1826.
