Quadrangular in plan. Four gabled ranges around a courtyard, now infilled with later building. Elevation to Standhill Road: Gable end rendered, multi-pane windows (now replaced with uPVC) have brick dressings including rubbed brick headers. Brick 'quoin' detailing to the corners. Slate roofs. (2)
