Added to MDC Local List on 01.07.2008. A Victorian warehouse, linked at first floor to a smaller office building of similar age. Both are of two storeys, positioned gable end to road, with overhanging eaves and plain bargeboards, constructed from red brick with slate roofs, brick chimneys on office. The warehouse has an arcade of seven windows with semicircular heads and keystones and linking band, with oval window to gable, and protruding continuous lower band. Office has point double windows at 1st floor with brick lintels and protruding double hood mould, continuous band incorporating window ills. Roof has outer console brackets extending from band. Ground floor windows and doors are cantered with brick lintels and double/triple hood moulds. Single storey similarly designed structure continuous to west. (1)
