A late Georgian shop building, 3-storey rendered property occupying the corner plot on Market Street, building is curved following the corner ‘corner plan’ with half conical roof, slate roof, defines the entrance into Swan Yard, margin light sash windows; however, the rear elevation is of coursed sandstone and contains a single Yorkshire sash. There are modern shop fronts with unfortunate Dutch blinds. (1)
