A neo-Georgian building of the 1930s made of brown brick. 3-storey with stepped brick detailing to 1st floor between stone bands and central window has shallow stepped (architrave style) stone surround, side windows have vertical brick flush lintels, windows are 3/6 sashes. 2nd floor and tall sash windows, 6/9, outer windows have similar brick lintels and protruding stone sills, central window has shallow stepped (architrave style) stone surround with a further lower lintel and a decorative broken pediment, above brick detailing, above stepped parapet with stone coping.
