2-storey ashlar stone property, wedge shaped, with slate roof and decorative ridge tiles, stepped eaves, windows, 1/1 sashes, in range of outer sets of mullion with decorative stepped lintels, central arched window with hood moulding and keystone, stepped cornice, central double entrance with rectangular and to eight side deep curved overlight shop fronts with decorative central mullion. To either side of shop windows (and entrance door) are stepped single stone course pilasters. (1)
