Seems to be of painted concrete blocks in imitation of stone. The entrance bay is stepped forward with door is set within a boldly expressed entrance arch, above 3-light mullion window, 6/single sashes, in recess surround with protruding stepped sill, above similar windows but 2-light, under through roof central gable. To right stepped back bay are larger 2-light similar windows to ground and 1st floor under deep stepped modular cornice with gabled dormer with pediment detail within roof space, dormer is 3-light, each with 6 panes, casement. The bay to the left mimics the right bay as being set back and with matching windows, dormer and cornice detail. Left again is the stepped forward curved plan bay to follow corner aspect, cornice roof detail follows around this bay, windows and doors are separate, and are in threes, ground floor has central 6 panelled entrance door, slightly recessed with surround detail and 8 pane rectangular fanlight, either side are 6/single sashes, above to 1st floor and range of balanced 3 windows, similar dormer to roof. To left is a blank set back bay with matching cornice detail. Left again is set back red brick extension. All windows, dormers and doors are timber, roof is a mansard roof in slate, and follows the corner aspect of the building. (1)
