2-storey ‘L’ plan with adjoining centrally positioned extensions to the rear, no.100 has been altered, slate hipped roof property with finials, constructed in rock-faced stone to front façade, red brick to rear. Buildings with no.94 and nos.96-98 and up to and inclusive of no.106 are a set of similar and different styled detached and semidetached properties which are noted for their group value. Central large entrance doors with stone surround and pedestals and outer hoodmolds with stops, with entrances also having marginal and over lights. A single passageway entrance separates the entrance doors. Above each building entrance is single window. Adjacent to entrances are double bays which each terminate in a hexagon conical turret roof with finial. Windows have flush ashlar surrounds with protruding string course which functions also as sills to windows. (1)
