Full Description

Tall 2-storey property, variation on a square plan, constructed from brick with stone detail, with stepped gables to Midworth Street and Church Lane. With large half hexagon staggered parapet bay to Midworth Street gable, above triple cross mullion window, above large breather slit with detailed diamond shaped stone surround, to ground floor to right further parapet cantered bay, to Church Lane bay detail stepped recessed gothic arch entrance with hood mould to side single cross mullion window, above 2 no mullion windows with continuous lintel and sills, above similar detailed breather slit. Stepped eaves to rear of gables, range to Church Lane has cross mullion and mullion windows in various configurations. Flat roofed stepped by extension to south in similar brick, un-sympathetic extension to west in brown brickwork. (1)
