Full Description

T-Plan two-storey brick house, slate roof with central stack. Decorative timber bargeboards. Decorative brick band, stone dressing to window opening with timber casements. Oversailing eaves creates canopied porch which extends over the window. Hardy Street elevation has remains of external chimney with tumbling brickwork. Post dates the adjacent terrace but shares architecture design features cuch as decorative bargeboard design. Most probably built to house brewery managers. (1)
Built between 1885 (2) and 1901 (3).
