Full Description

A ditch was investigated at the northern end of an evaluation trench, immediately to the north-west of evaluation trench that includes the possible Neolithicpit aligment, and therefore along the supposed path of the double pit alignment. The ditch was only partially exposed and did not produce any artefacts, but it is interesting to note that, if connected to the pits, it would reproduce the same situation recorded in the Phase 1 mitigation, where the previously recorded pit alignment was later replaced by the multiple ditch.

No finds were recovered.
