4 Ro sherds were found whilst digging foundations for a new house, almost opposite the end of Crew Lane, Southwell, at SK 709538. (1)
The "new house" is at above grid ref. The occupants have no knowledge of the sherds. BB Simmons is now resident in Lincs and not contacted. Present location of pottery not determined. The house was built in 1961. (2)
