Full Description

A bronze coin of Constantine was found in excavations for the Farndon Marina. Rev BEATA TRANQUILLITAS. Now in NWM. (1)
Farndon Marina is centred as above. Local enquiries at boatyards produced no knowledge of the above find but revealed that the "excavations" (actually dredgings) were fairly general over the whole area of water in 1966 and '67. (2)
See L3023 for nearby finds.
