Full Description

An underground water dam has been constructed in this field. The contractor reported that they had to dig down approx 30ft through glacial deposit to original land level. The debris from the dam was tipped in field SK 511620 and spread to a depth of approx 5ft. The latter field was only walked during tipping, a number of clay pipe pieces were found. (1)
