Full Description
Flint knife, 12cm long, max width 3cm, found on the surface on Whinny Hill. (1)
Mr Simmons retains the above implement which is almost certainly a knife. He confirmed the findspot as "approx correct", date of find "c 1960". Find spot now under pasture, there is a slight spread of flint but no worked flakes were found. (2)
See M4004 for "hillfort".
