Full Description
(SK 7325 6175) Ro pottery. (1)
Ro pottery, mainly grey ware, including colour coated, in NWM. (2)
The indicated site falls in a green lane; the pottery probably came from a field to either the E or W but both are under high crop and no finds were made during field investigation. A Smith (former keeper of Antiquities, NWM) is retired, very aged, and was not consulted. (3)
See L8598 for flints, L4180, L4182 for nearby finds.
See L8640 for cropmarks.
