Full Description

Fragment of Saxon brooch or pendant, gold with garnets, ploughed up 1932. (1)
Half an annular Saxon gold brooch (1.5in diameter x 0.25in), decorated with filigree and set with garnets, was ploughed up in 1932. The brooch is now destroyed, but the finder identified it as similar to an Anglo-Saxon gold annular brooch from the Vale of Belvoir. (2)
Found in a field between Maplebeck and Winkburn in 1933. Melted down. (3)
