Full Description

Traces of enclosures and 4 ring ditches. Cropmarks of a large rectangular enclosure containing small enclosure on NW side (this is not clear on SMR map). (1)
The marks fall on flat, level, low-lying ground, part ploughed and part fallow. Nothing of interest was found and local enquiries suggested that marks may be the result of coal boring operations that were carried out here. (2)
Morph: 180.9.1 field boundary, 180.9.2 enclosure, 180.10.1 field boundary, 180.10.2 enclosure. (3)
