Full Description
Finds from fieldwalking, centred at above grid ref, include transverse arrowheads (and microliths). (1)
The indicated findspot (gives SK 827727) is under crop and was not perambulated. The area is crossed E-W by one of the high Lincoln sand ridges. Mr Minnitt (1) has a vast collection of material from this area - the majority yet to classify. His flints number some 6-70000. (2)
Mes activity centred to N, in Newton parish (Lincs). (3)

NB Newton Cliffs extends into Lincs.
