Full Description

Linear features, forming field system. Continuation of L 4880, to N, and L 4883, to E. (1) (2) (3) Between Bishopfield Farm and Roman Bank the cropmarks of the fields approach the latter at an angle of between 30 and 60 degrees, and not at right angles as would be expected if contemporary with, or later than the bank. A square field just N of the farm is 0.7Ha in area. (4)
