Full Description

A rim sherd of coarse grey ware was found in a field on Wheatley Wood Farm. (1)
The indicated site falls in a rig and furrow permanent pasture field. Mr March (1) confirmed the findspot as above, only a single sherd was found in 1962 and this is now in NUM. (2)
