Full Description

Pa flint axes and flakes were found by Mr FWG Davey in Tottle Brook gravel pit at Beeston, between 1897-1909. The bulk of his finds are at Wollaton Hall. The gravel pit has been filled in and built over. (1)
16 axes and 30 flakes from Tottle Brook pit are listed. A few of the finds are at NUM. (2)
Gravel pit at above grid ref. This is the only one in the vicinity of Tottle Brook, and is almost certain to be the one where the finds were made. (4)
