Full Description

A Neo flint axe head found in 1914 by Mr Hall, at the junction of Frank Avenue and Intake Avenue, 1ft below the surface. Now in Mansfield Museum. (1)
This implement could not be found in the small archaeological collection held by the museum. The accession register gives no mention of this find. (2)
