Full Description

A sestertius of Hadrian, dated c 119-121 AD, was found, during gas main laying, at the junction of Church Street and Cherry Street, Bingham. It was found at a depth of 3ft by a Mr Williams (date of find not given). The coin is No 1179 in the BM Catalogue. (1)
