Full Description

Track along the brow of the hill and signs of other earthworks in the NW corner of the field opposite Mill House. Building platforms in the SE corner of the field bounded by Melton Road and Hicking Lane. Ridge and furrow survives in both fields. Very steep, 3m high,east-west bank marking a change in the ground level. This is cut by Hickling Lane. Three ponds and two terrace platforms in the field to the north of the bank, on the east side of Hickling Lane. (1)
