Full Description
Field system. East field: ridge and furrow ending in a steep linear bank that marks the east side of a trackway, that is cut by a hollow at the north end. West field: the central field boundary forms the west side of the trackway. The ground slopes down to a headland with ridge and furrow beyond. A pond lies slightly to the west of the north end of the headland. A later ditch runs along the base of the slope, cutting the headland. (1)
