Full Description

Right angled linear boundary bank in the south-west corner of the east/west ridge and furrow. The latter ends in a headland that is aligned with a north/ south boundary bank at the rear of the properties to the south. An uneven ground surface suggests possible settlement earthworks in a narrow strip to the east of this bank and to the north, along the line of the former stream that crosses the field. North/south ridge and furrow lies to the east, bounded by the palaeochannel. (1) Grid ref centred.
See also L811 for rectangular enclosure.
