Full Description

Field system. Headland running north-east/south-west across the village end of the field, with ridge and furrow stretching away to the south-east and poorly preserved platforms to the north. Two infilled ponds and a circular mound can be found in the centre of the area and two very large (15x7m, 1m high) mounds to the south-west. These appear to be an integral part of the ridge and furrow. The north-easterly one lies in line along its long axis and the south-westerly one, at right angles. There are large grassed over spoil heaps from the pond excavation in the south-west corner. (1)
