Full Description

A middle BA rapier and spearhead, and a late BA socketed knife found at approx above grid ref in October or November 1966. Rapier of Trump's Group II, in fine condition but one rivet torn away. Recorded but now lost (actually 67.163). Length 362mm. Knife in good condition, length 302mm, 66.157. Spearhead of type III, crushed at time of discovery, part of the haft survives in socket. Length 163mm, 66.158. (1)
Late BA spearhead of type IV found early May 1967. Traces of haft survive. Length 130mm, 67.118. Late BA socketed axehead found April or May 1967. Socket retained part of haft but this is now missing. Length 104mm, 67.162. (2)
