Full Description

Significant concentration of flintwork in fields along E side of Fosse. A total of 110 flints was recovered, a small proportion of which is either burnt or calcined. One fragment of flint from field 165c might have formed part of a leaf shaped arrowhead, reworked from a larger fragment. (1) See L984 for Mes flints and cross refs to other finds.
