Full Description

Depressions in a field to the eastward (of the rectory) mark the position of the old stew ponds, etc. (1)
Nothing resembling fishponds can be seen. (2)
A large sub-rectangular, partly water-filled depression to the E (of M2499) is a pond with a central square island, but it appears of no great age. (3)
Large pond with supply and exit channels shown. (4)
It would appear that the pond silted/dried up and then was re-instated by 1975.
See M2499 for moated rectory to west, L10336 for further earthworks in the same field.
