Full Description

APs not very clear, but there seems to be a complex of ring ditches, enclosures and other linear features around Rolleston Gorse, and double linear feature to SW. (1) (2)
There are no surface indications of an archaeological nature at this site and only normal modern field debris was noted during perambulation. The situation is level with an open aspect above the Trent river plain some 9.0m above sea level. The marks possibly denote stock enclosures of an unknown period. (3)
Morph: 192.13.1 field boundary. (4)
See L8372, 8373, 8375-9 for the rest of complex.
