Full Description

3 Saxon sherds (from "possible cemetery") and a bracelet of bronze with neck of glass bottle threaded on it. (1)
Much of the material (of all periods) is in NWM whilst some remains in private hands. The workings N of c 652 grid line are now finshed and the fields are once again arable. (2)
Body sherd in a very hard grey-to-buff fabric: sandy. Coil-made and then wheel turned, linear grooves and chevrons with square punch decoration (99- 52). (3)
