Full Description

A bronze cast flanged axehead, with cabled flanges, was found in ploughed soil in the 1950s by Mr Cole of Bassingfield. The find remains in private possession. (1)
Mr Cole still has the axe and says it was found at above grid ref. (2) (3)
Bandon type Ind Phase VI, Acton Park. (4)
