Full Description

During salvage excavations, South Ferriby type uninscribed Coritanian silver coin, c 50 BC - 10 AD, found by the use of a metal detector. (1)
The silver Iron Age coin was incomplete, and was of that Celtic series, uninscribed Corieltauvian issue of South Ferriby type, dating to c.50 BC to AD 10, the obverse bearing the design of a boar and the reverse a horse. (2)
