Full Description
SK 741909. 2 sherds of Ro grey ware ... found on the edge of the quarry opposite the Cross Keys Hotel (old sand pit at SK 745906 ?) Mr March indicated a more precise find spot at above grid ref. Extensive perambulation produced no archaeological finds. Mr March's material went to NUM. (2) See L5136 for flint finds, L5135 for nearby Ro finds.
