Full Description

Skeleton found and removed by workmen installing equipment in concrete floor at Hoval works. Found just below concrete (c 1ft thick), reported to be "sitting up". (Some bones found in situ by MWB.) Top half and associated bones of adult female, aged over 50 and probably over 60. 3 broken ribs, rehealed lesion in lumbar spine and damaged vertebra. Severe tooth degeneration, osteoarthritic. Reports of skeletons found when factory was built. (1) (2)
