Full Description

(WA15) Distinct sub-circular area of dark soil, 15-30 m in diameter, probably a ploughed out bell-pit. Walkover survey revealed a distinct area of colliery waste and crushed shale. No pottery or glass earlier than Victorian found. (1)(2)
