Full Description

…three large wooden beams were dredged out of the river. All were 20cm thick, two were 3m long and the third was 1m long. All were squared off and shaped and had slots cut into them at regular intervals along one side. Their appearance suggests they had been part of a timber framed building, and may have been used in another structure, possibly a bridge. They were too big to be collected, and their age is unknown.
