Abstract/Summary
This document reports upon an archaeological watching brief that was carried out between 20th April and 7th June 1993 on a replacement of a sewage rising main. The work involved inspecting 511 metres of trenching, averaging 0.50 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep. Few finds were recovered, all post medieval in age, and a culvert that breached Main Street adjacent to Redfern Farm.
