Abstract/Summary

Report on GPR, restistivity and gradiometer surveys which were carried out over three separate areas within the grounds of Home Farm. A metal detecting survey was also carried out. The purpose was to locate features relating to the Battle of Stoke Field of 1487 and in particular the location of possible mass grave pits. The remains of former building foundations and demolition material were recorded in areas 1 and 2.
